Many of our patients are professionals, parents, and public figures who cannot afford — personally or professionally — for their treatment to be visible. Privacy isn't a feature of our practice. It's the foundation.
Outpatient telehealth is powerful medicine for the right patient. We'll always be honest about whether that's you.
If this sounds like you, a confidential evaluation is the right first step. If you are experiencing an emergency, please see the important information below.
Your secure intake takes about five minutes and is reviewed only by our clinical team. Most patients can be seen same day or within a few days.
Schedule Your Confidential Consultation →Wright Care is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time. All treatment decisions — including eligibility for medication-assisted treatment — are based on clinical evaluation, safety, state law, and provider judgment.
Every service at Wright Care is delivered through secure, encrypted telehealth by experienced addiction medicine clinicians — evidence-based substance use disorder treatment designed around your life, not a clinic's schedule.
The medical foundation of everything we do. Your clinician conducts a comprehensive evaluation of your substance use, medical history, mental health, and goals — then treats substance use disorder the way any serious medical condition deserves to be treated: with expertise, evidence, and a plan.
FDA-approved medications can quiet cravings, ease withdrawal, and support long-term recovery for opioid use disorder. When clinically appropriate, your clinician prescribes and closely monitors medication-assisted treatment as part of an integrated plan — never as a prescription in isolation.
Medication addresses the biology; therapy addresses the life. In private one-on-one sessions, you'll work through the patterns, stressors, and histories that shape your relationship with substances — using proven therapeutic modalities, at a pace that respects where you are.
Recovery rarely happens in a vacuum. Anxiety, depression, insomnia, and ADHD frequently travel alongside substance use disorders. Your clinician manages the full picture — thoughtfully prescribing and adjusting psychiatric medications so your whole treatment works together instead of in silos.
A strong recovery is a prepared one. Together you'll map your specific triggers, early warning signs, and high-risk situations — then build a concrete, written protocol for exactly what to do when the hard moment arrives. Because it will, and you'll be ready.
Care shouldn't pause between appointments. Members have secure messaging access to their care team, structured check-ins during vulnerable periods, and — only with your written authorization — coordination with therapists, physicians, programs, or family members who are part of your support system.
Private telehealth addiction treatment for the full spectrum of substance use disorders — along with the mental health conditions that so often accompany them.
Your new patient evaluation is a private, unhurried conversation with an experienced clinician — and a clear plan for what comes next.

Wright Care was founded on a simple conviction: people deserve addiction treatment that is as private, as personal, and as excellent as the best medicine anywhere — without ever stepping into a waiting room.
Two experienced clinicians. One shared standard: rigorous, evidence-based medicine, delivered with patience and without judgment.
Dr. Janssens leads Wright Care's medical practice, overseeing addiction medicine treatment, medication-assisted treatment, and clinical safety across the practice. His approach is simple: serious medicine, careful monitoring, and a plan that respects the whole person.
Erin provides comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care. Patients know her for unhurried visits, direct answers, and treatment plans built around real life — not the other way around.
The bravest call our patients ever make is the first one. Everything after that, we handle together.
Clinicians board-certified in addiction medicine and related specialties

Encrypted telehealth, secure records, and disciplined privacy practices
Telehealth provided only where our clinicians hold active state licenses
When patients feel safe from exposure, they tell the truth — and truthful histories produce better medicine. Discretion isn't a luxury add-on; it's a treatment tool.
Substance use disorder is a treatable medical condition with a robust evidence base. We practice from science and compassion — never from shame.
One dedicated clinician who knows your story, over months and years. Continuity is where trust forms, and trust is where recovery holds.
I put off getting help for two years because I couldn't risk being seen at a clinic in my own town. My first appointment happened from my home office. Nobody ever knew — and now I'm eighteen months sober.
Executive · Age 44What surprised me most was the absence of judgment. It was the first time a clinician talked to me about my substance use like it was a medical problem we could solve — because it was.
Attorney · Age 51The combination of medication and weekly therapy changed everything. Having one team that saw the whole picture — not five providers who never spoke — made recovery feel possible for the first time.
Physician & Parent · Age 38Shared with permission. Names withheld and identifying details altered to protect patient privacy. Individual experiences vary; testimonials do not guarantee outcomes.
Every new patient relationship begins with a private, comprehensive evaluation — a real conversation with an experienced addiction medicine clinician who is fully present, fully prepared, and entirely on your side.

We use and disclose protected health information (PHI) for treatment (coordinating your care, including with your pharmacy), payment (processing the fees you authorize), and healthcare operations (quality and safety activities within the practice). We may also disclose PHI when required by law, to prevent a serious threat to health or safety, or as otherwise permitted under HIPAA.
We do not sell your health information, and we do not share it with employers or family members without your written authorization, except where disclosure is required by law.
We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your PHI, to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and to notify you in the event of a breach of unsecured PHI. What it means to receive care through live, encrypted video visits with Wright Care.
Wright Care delivers care exclusively through telehealth — live, encrypted video visits between you and your clinician. Telehealth offers meaningful benefits (privacy, access, convenience) and has limitations. Some conditions require in-person examination, testing, or a higher level of care; if so, your clinician will tell you and help direct you appropriately.
Telehealth is not for emergencies. In a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In crisis, call or text 988. All treatment decisions, including whether any medication is prescribed, are based on clinical evaluation, safety, state law, and provider judgment.
How membership fees, billing, cancellations, and refunds work at WrightCare Telehealth.
WrightCare Telehealth is a private-pay telehealth membership service. Memberships are not insurance and do not replace health insurance. WrightCare Telehealth does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other government-funded insurance programs for private-pay membership services.
Tier 1 corresponds to the Recovery Membership and Tier 2 to the Recovery + Therapy Membership shown on our Membership page.
Monthly membership fees are billed automatically and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Unused visits do not automatically roll over. Additional services outside the membership may require separate fees.
Patients may cancel by providing written notice at least five (5) days before the next billing date. Written notice may be sent to desirie@wrighttouchhc.org.
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate charges, billing errors, or services not provided due to a WrightCare Telehealth scheduling error.
Payment does not guarantee a prescription, medication change, controlled substance prescription, diagnosis, form completion, referral, or specific outcome. All care decisions are based on provider judgment, clinical appropriateness, safety, and applicable law.
We do not participate in insurance networks. On request, we provide superbills you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; reimbursement is determined solely by your insurer. Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges; because our pricing is published and flat, we will provide a written estimate on request or at booking.
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
The terms of the Recovery Membership and Recovery + Therapy Membership programs.
Memberships begin after a completed New Patient Telehealth Evaluation and mutual agreement that ongoing care is appropriate. The Recovery Membership ($199/month) includes monthly telehealth visits, medication-assisted treatment management, unlimited secure messaging (we reply promptly, and often outside business hours, though response times are not guaranteed and messaging is not monitored for emergencies), recovery planning, and pharmacy coordination. The Recovery + Therapy Membership ($397/month) includes everything in Recovery plus regular individual psychotherapy sessions, integrated medication management, coordinated prescriber-and-therapist care, and priority scheduling.
You may cancel at any time by written notice to desirie@wrighttouchhc.org, provided at least five (5) days before your next billing date; no further charges are made after cancellation takes effect. Monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable, as described in our Billing & Refund Policy. Wright Care may end a membership for non-payment or when, in the clinician’s judgment, a different or higher level of care is needed — in which case we will provide reasonable notice and help you transition safely to appropriate care.
Membership provides access to care; it does not guarantee any particular treatment or prescription. All treatment decisions are based on clinical evaluation, safety, state law, and provider judgment, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Unhurried visits require protected time. Here is how scheduling, cancellations, and missed appointments work.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. You can cancel by secure message, by email to desirie@wrighttouchhc.org, or by phone at (555) 555-0147.
The new patient telehealth evaluation fee is $247. Refund eligibility is governed by our Billing & Refund Policy: refunds may be considered only for duplicate charges, billing errors, or services not provided due to a WrightCare Telehealth scheduling error.
To cancel a membership, provide written notice at least five (5) days before your next billing date, as described in our Billing & Refund Policy. Monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.
If a visit is interrupted by technical failure or must be rescheduled by the practice, we will promptly offer a new time at no additional cost.
Private, dignified care should be available to everyone. We are committed to making this website accessible to all visitors.
Wright Care is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, or if you need materials in an alternative format or an accommodation to receive care, please contact desirie@wrighttouchhc.org or call (555) 555-0147. We will respond promptly and work with you to provide the information or service you need.
